Totally unprofessional. Here's why: Entered shop at noon to inquire about float trip availability that day and the next. My name and telephone number were take and was told I would hear back from them later in the day once the guides came off the river. Never received a call. I called at 6 to check and got an answering machine on which I left a message requesting to be contacted. Nothing. Now my schedule is completely skewered. Thanks Madison river trout shop for this 100 % negative experience.
